Directors
With a career spanning over three decades, Dani Cook has dedicated her professional life to supporting adults with developmental disabilities. Since joining Exceptional Foresters Inc. (EFI) in June 1988, Dani has been a driving force in the organization, culminating in her appointment as Executive Director in 2018. Under her leadership, EFI continues to make significant strides in creating inclusive opportunities for all individuals.

Outside of work, Dani cherishes traveling and spending time with her family, including her seven grandchildren and the company of her beloved dogs.
Brittany serves as the Director of Residential Services at EFI. With 15 years of dedicated experience, she is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. Outside of work, she cherishes the time spent with family and friends, enjoying the simple pleasures of life such as caring for bunnies and chickens. Balancing her roles as a mother, friend, and wife brings her immense joy and fulfillment.
Angel has been part of the EFI team since 2021. His professional journey includes a background in human resources gained during his time in the military, along with nine years of experience in the non-profit sector. On the personal side, he is married and a proud parent of two wonderful kids. His family also includes a lively collection of animals: eleven chickens, three playful dogs, and two bunnies. He has a passion for my work at EFI, where he is dedicated to serving our clients and making a positive impact.
Linda has been a dedicated member of our team since 2010, starting out as a Vocational Technician and moving through several job titles before becoming Vocational Director in 2025. She spends her free time together with her husband, relaxing and caring for their large family of cats. She is dedicated to supporting our Clients as well as our Vocational Team to reach their goals and enjoy what they do

Lisa Maynard is the Finance Director. She has been with EFI since January of 2022. She's been in finance for over 20 years, starting out in the construction industry. In her free time she loves to read and watch true crime and spend time with her nephew.
