EFI’s Residential Services empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities. These services promote self-determination, community integration, and an improved quality of life, benefiting both individuals and their families.
The program fosters autonomy and independence, which boosts self-esteem, confidence, and well-being. By encouraging participation in recreational activities, volunteering, and employment, individuals develop a sense of belonging and build relationships within their communities.
EFI provides essential support, helping individuals achieve personal goals and leading to greater life satisfaction. The program also alleviates stress for families who may have been primary caregivers.
In promoting self-determination and community involvement, EFI’s services contribute to a more inclusive society and enhance the lives of individuals, their families, and the community at large.
