MENTAL HEALTH AND CRISIS SUPPORT
Your mental health matters. We understand that life can be stressful both at work and at home, and it is important to take care of yourself. EFI is committed to supporting the wellbeing of our employees by providing access to resources for mental health, stress management, counseling, crisis support, and overall wellness. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, and you do not have to navigate difficult times alone.
Compass Health provides mental health care, crisis services, substance use treatment, counseling, supportive housing, and case management for children, adults, and families across several counties in Washington. They also offer crisis triage, mobile crisis outreach, and outpatient mental health services. If someone is in crisis, they can call or text 988 or contact Compass Health’s crisis line at 1-800-584-3578.
Mason Health offers behavioral health services through its primary care clinics, helping patients with mental health and substance use concerns. Services are provided by licensed behavioral health professionals, including social workers, counselors, and therapists.
