UNITED HEALTH CARE

Our medical coverage through UnitedHealthcare is designed to help support the health and well-being of our employees and their families. Through this plan, employees have access to a network of medical providers, preventive care services, prescriptions, and additional resources to help manage both routine and unexpected health needs.

VSP

Our vision coverage through VSP Vision Care helps support the eye health of our employees and their families. This plan provides access to routine eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, and discounts on additional vision-related services and products through a large network of providers.

FRESHBENIES

​Our employee discount program through Freshbenies provides access to a variety of savings and support services to help employees and their families. Through Freshbenies, employees can receive discounts on prescriptions, dental and vision services, hearing care, pet care, legal assistance, and other everyday health and wellness needs.

Our benefits through Principal Financial Group help provide employees with additional financial security and peace of mind. Depending on eligibility, employees may have access to life insurance, disability coverage, retirement planning resources, and other benefit options to help protect themselves and their families.

401K

Our retirement plan through Principal Financial Group helps employees plan for their future through convenient payroll deductions and long-term savings opportunities. Eligible employees may enroll in the 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment, and EFI provides a matching contribution up to the percentage established in the annual budget.

COLONIAL

Our voluntary benefits through Colonial Life give employees the opportunity to add extra coverage for themselves and their families. Depending on enrollment choices, employees may have access to accident, critical illness, hospital, disability, life, and other supplemental insurance options to help provide additional financial protection.
