I marvel each day at the work each of you accomplish. I can see the results of your care and compassion in the clients as I have opportunity to interact with them.
On the most part they are happy and content. Like all of us, they have their moments and we need to be as supportive as possible at those times. I appreciate your dedication and willingness to support our clients.
I have watched unnoticed, clients in the community. Staff has always been kind and patient, allowing the clients to move at their own speed. I see they are happy and enjoying life when I see them in the office, their homes and in the community.
I have heard from many community members who comment on how impressed they are with EFI and the work we do. I even received a phone call from someone just to tell me how much fun they have with staff and client at weekly bingo.
